What a view!

This unit was great for our large family get away. We also rented the unit across the street and together they fit our big family perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus after a day of skiing. The best part of this unit is definitely the view of the mountain from the living room though. If you have elderly or disabled people, please note that everything requires stair and the living room/kitchen are on the 3rd level. Not a big deal for our group well described on the booking page, but worth mentioning again.

Awesome Stay

We come to Winter Park to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The house far exceeded our expectations!! The location was great because it was close to the base, but far enough to have some peace. The views were spectacular!! The house was very clean and felt like home. It was modern, well stocked and high end and I would highly recommend it!

Winter Park Lakota Lodging

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lakota Reserve. The place was beautiful with an amazing view. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and nice to have the cars in the garage during a snowstorm. Hot tub and shuffleboard was enjoyable as well. Only negative was the flow of the Lift bus, green line. App was not tracking precisely in real time and 20-minute rotation was not happening. Much waiting, but this was a minimal inconvenience in the whole scheme of things. Would definitely stay here again!

Review

The overall experience was good and we enjoyed the house. The biggest problem we ran into was the fridge was not working upon arrival. I had made a call into the 1(800) number and was told to wait a few hours for it to cool down as the fridge was at if not higher then room temp. The fridge took more than 12 hours to cool down and unfortunately ruined some of our food that we brought up in which we had to throw away. Is there any sort of reimbursement for this inconvenience? One of the beds also had potatoes chips under the sheets which was unfortunate. Although these couple of things weren’t ideal,we still did enjoy the overall experience.
