Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient.

Kamer was netjes, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Binnen paar minuten loop je naar de “hoofdstraat “ met winkels en restaurants. Bedden waren heel hard. Daar moet je van houden Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Ontbijt ook prima. Kamer is vrij gehorig. Mensen op de gang kan je heel goed horen en hotel ligt aan een hele drukke weg en ook daarvan veel geluid zelfs met raam dicht. Raam open was voor ons in onze kamer geen optie.

Als älterer Mensch kann man nicht mehr überreichlich esssen. Die Portionen sind zu groß und zu teuer. Es müsste Seniorenportionen zum 2/3 Preis im Angebot geben.

Prima en degelijk persoonlijk service

Prima hotel waarbij heerlijk ouderwets gastvrijheid heerst. Wil j je verwennen met persoonlijke aandacht dan ben je hier prima. Het is een high tech gebeuren met alle voordelen van bijvoorbeeld TV met alle zenders, internet met snelheid over 100Mb, maar voor rust, lekker en degelijk eten, redelijke keuze van wijnen, prima ontbijt, nette maar eenvoudige kamers met in buurt alles kunnen doen gedurende gehele jaar : perfect
