「Rooms is extremely outdated. Pillows are awful. Tv is too small. Bad smell inside the building. Parking lot is rough and full of potholes. And the water in the toilet would run every few second.」

「The room we initially checked in had issues with the door and the latch was damaged. We were instantly placed in a new room which was acceptable and clean. Did not use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was fair. 」

「We love visiting Mountaineer - This is our third time. We love the food at Mahogany but were disappointed in the plastic silverware. We tried to eat at the Steakhouse and they were out of everything we attempted to order. It does appear that it has went downhill since our last visit. However, the front desk was amazing. The spa was great! The beds are super comfy! Overall it was a great trip. 」

「I travel by myself and felt very safe here. There are several restaurants across the walk from the hotel that are really good. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant looking and the room itself was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. I was happy with the breakfast included. I have stayed here before and will be the only place I stay when in the area 」
