“Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. ”

“This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. ”

“This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. The only thing we thought that it needed was a bar in the bathroom for the tub. We are all older - it was a 62, 70 and 80 year old in our group and its tough to get into showers that are in a tub setting. We went to Walmart and got one of the suction cup hand bars and put it on for our use- I needed another one for my house any……

“This property was huge in and out. We had more room inside than we needed and there were six of us. The outside fire pit and out building with a deck overlooking the river was a great spot for hanging out at night. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet was not working at its best and the owner said it was most likely getting replaced. I will still give the property 5 stars because everything else was a plus and I would definitely rent again.”
