Worse place ever.

The worse experience I've ever had with hotel.vom customer service to start and hotel it was promoted as 3 star and it was a complete disgrace. This place shouldnt be even called a hotel, no bar, restaurants, cleaning and beds ran down like it was never cleaned. Very disappointed about this stay, and will be complaining formally.

Below average

Disappointed to find that the main hotel was closed so there was no facilities such as bar and restaurant. Reception was a table in an annexe and all the rooms were in an annexe. TV that wouldn't connect so no channels to view. A shower that was stuck on scolding hot. No sugar.

Evetything falsely advertised ,NO food available definitely no room service in fact not even a restaurant. I booked looking at the leading picture. I was accommodated in a annex which in fact was filthy. I booked the room because of the "disabled person " facilities. The shower had nowhere to house shampoo , conditioner, or shower gel . Just a mark on the wall were it should have been. The water temperature was at best luke warm . I tried to book into a different hotel but they were all fully booked . So instead of visiting my grieving friend , i became a responsibility to her , she would need to collect me to make sure i had food so i could take my medication 4 times aday . I have approached the company for a refund ,but had no response.

You don't stay in the building pictured - you stay in the "lodge" next door. Asked (and refused) to provide credit card number/expiry and CVV code on the check-in form for a prepaid room in a hotel with no dining facilities. If Travelodge or Premier Inn open in Wisbech, this place would cease trading within a week.
