「This hotel is a classic example of faded glory. A pleasant location which was near the Nyetimber Vineyard, which was the reason for the stay. I did send them a message asking advice on local taxi firms when I made the original booking, which was never responded to at all. 「My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...
