「The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. The hot tub temperature was on the hot side, took a while to adjust to the temperature, but did enjoy it. Location of Inn is great. I would highly recommend staying at the...

「Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!」

「We absolutely loved it here! If you're looking to stay somewhere a bit more chill then this is the place to be. Everything we needed was within walking distance in Williams Bay and we were only a 10 minute drive to the main area of Lake Geneva. We will 100% be staying here again.Ps - there's a wonderful gentleman who lives next door who gave us all the ins and outs of the area.」

「It was in fact not pet friendly. I was asked to take my dogs with me to work during the day. This was a work trip and I could not take them to work. The entire purpose of finding a pet friendly hotel was so they could stay there while I worked. Logistically they should put pets in one part of the hotel and non pet guest in another. I do understand that people do not like animals that is their preference. My stay was cut short because this was not pet friendly. 」

「Fantastic resort for winter beauty. It was very quiet and felt remote. There were no issues, but would have liked to talk to the office more about the resort, but due to the time of year and occupancy, the office hours were limited.」

「My husband, my daughter and another couple and their kids enjoyed the stay. A space was very big and we had lots of room. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed. It was one of the hottest days in early August, so the air conditioning could have been a little cooler but overall we were fine. Christine, the host was very accommodating and responsive.」
