“The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use.”

“This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization.……

“Clean , quiet comfortable large room. Breakfast was plenty. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had a great quiet night.”

“The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.”

“I went with my girlfriend for the free Noah's ark and my Olympus days and I was aware of the 2 night stay policy. However after reaching to the night of check in after already paying I get sent a message telling me they no longer do MT Olympus but just Noah's ark even with their resort pictures showing "free mt Olympus" very miss leading there. Next once I get to my room there is odd white stains and on both chairs in the room, a beetle flew out from our covers on the first night and the……
