Nice Property, but since we were not members we felt like unwelcomed guests. Sheets were stained. They brought us a new set, and credited applied a credit. Pool area was nice and room was nice, bed was comfortable. The kitchen had glasses, plates, silverware.

The supervisor at the desk was rude in her tone when we checked in and the kitchen only had one small 8 inch fry pan and no baking sheet at all. Not well equipped for anyone who would want to even fix a snack.

We honestly really do love coming to this resort. This was our third stay, twice as Bluegreen owners, and this was the first time we have stayed since we gave up our ownership. But there is obviously a reason that we came back. We just love that it’s nestled in the woods, very quiet, the outdoor hot tub has always been a plus, especially in the mornings when it’s adult only swim. We have stayed in three of the different types of rooms and they have all been great. They’re spacious, clean, and have all the amenities you need to cook or have a relaxing night in by the fireplace. Mulligans is a great place for some food or a beer after a game of golf. There’s also a Starbucks for coffee in the morning and a small convenience store attached to it for other things that you might need. There’s also a lot of fun things for kids to do. We have done the mini golf and the paddle boating in the past, which is all included with your stay. And you also get discounts throughout town at certain restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

The microwave had cheese and chocolate inside, the knife in butcher block had cheese on it. We then washed all dishes It was okay, not spotless. The assigned "cottage" did not match the picture on Expedia. The resort daily fee was high considering there wasn't really anything gained from paying it. The $40 for 2 hours snow tubing was high considering the long lines. Concierge was very responsive though.

Good times for the family

We had a great time! My kids loved the facility options and spent a lot of time in the pool, clubhouse playing air hockey and other games and mini golf. Our cabin was really nice and had everything we could need.

Very close to all things we wanted to do. Only thing strange (i thought) we are on vacation and we are expected to take our trash to a dumpster on property? We seen others putting at curb of driveway to cabin but at check out I was instructed to put in dumpster on property? Guess we should have left in cabin

We stayed in the cottages and they were absolutely disgusting. Our cottage smelled like mildew and mold. There was hair on the nightstands and in the corners of each room. The pictures made it seem so spacious and great and it was far from that. I was VERY uncomfortable and my family ended up leaving early.
