A not so good review

I'd love to be able to give a good review but very little was good as far as we were concerned. Comfy beds and fun jacuzzi.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

There were so many things in this condo that were broken, leaking, stuck on, dirty, etc. that I can't begin to list them. I reached out to the management company about the bigger things - the heat was stuck on (in August) and the refrigerator leaked water all over the inside. They told me to turn the thermostat down - um, really? If that was an option we would have done that. Don't look under the furniture cushions, years of debris. The management was of no help. They didn't even send anyone to look at any of the issues. The only VRBO i have ever stayed at that I was disappointed in.
