Not family friendly

Parking was a problem. Elevator use was a problem. The pools that were available for use were locked most of the time. Garbage collection was not existent. The kitchen utensil were bare minimum. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. The coffee pot needs updating. There was sand in one of the beds. Checkout was at 10:00 and if you wanted a later checkout it would cost more. We were not happy with this experience with Vacasa.
