Extended family group of 12 stayed for a whole week. Kitchen amenities worked great for all of our cooking, lovely biking straight north from house, within 15 minutes of all of the water park, shopping and other activities we had in mind and quiet and comfy for resting up after a full day.

A wonderful stay!

Great stay! Plenty of room for a family of 8. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms all stocked well. No additional needs at any point. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get off the main strip in the Dells!

Beautiful Cabin!

Our family went to Wisconsin for a fun weekend gateway. We could not have chose a better place to stay than in this beautiful cabin. Everything was clean and the cabin looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Best cabin weekend!

We stayed here for a girls reunion trip, and we had the best time! There were 11 adults, everyone slept comfortably in their own bed or a shared queen, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the hiking trails. Sondra was very communicative and her packing list helped a lot!

Great weekend getaway

Great property for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out but also nice spaces to gather. Location was great being out of the main Dells area, yet close enough to still spend time sightseeing. All the bedrooms had plenty of sleeping space for everyone and beds were very comfortable. Our host Sondra was very responsive to questions. An overal very comfortable and great stay. Would recommend and consider for future stays.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this one is top notch. Surrounded by woods it had plenty of room for 12 of us, well supplied kitchen. House is very clean and has very hot water. Awesome communication with owner.

Excellent, homey, comfortable stay!

We love this cabin!! It is convenient to all things Dells! (and close enough to all our family in WI) It's the perfect size for our ever growing family, and it has all the amenities that we can think of and it is very homey and comfortable! Nice and warm place for us freezing Georgians!! Sondra is always ready to help with anything we may have needed and that is highly appreciated!

Idyllic cabin in the woods

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin! With six adults, two tweens, a toddler and a baby, everyone had enough space to play cards, watch football, walk in the woods and cook great meals. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed (kitchen tools, towels, etc.) and pristine. We enjoyed staying in as well as the short drive to town.

Amazing place

We stayed here with my family and my sister’s family. Had 6 kids total and 4 adults there was plenty of room. The cabin is so nice and had enough to do to keep 6 kids occupied. The location is prime, you are minutes from downtown but secluded enough that it is so peaceful. We have all said that going forward we would want to stay here when visiting the dells. I would recommend this place to anyone!

A weekend in October

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whitetail Ridge. We were 10 minutes away from downtown Dells, hiking, and a winery. The cabin was surrounded by fully grown trees providing a sense of privacy. The only downside was traffic noise from a busy road a couple of hundred yards away.

Beautiful Cabin!

We loved this cozy cabin! It was so homey yet large enough for a big group with 5 comfortable bedrooms. The cabin was decorated beautifully and it was so well stocked. Great open floor-plan with a lovely spacious kitchen. We were close to town where we spent a day at one of the water parks. And close to skiing & tubing as well. Would love to come back in the summer.

Annual Friends Weekend

The home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The home owner provided a very clear list of everything they had on hand so we knew exactly what to bring so we didn't overpack. This was actually the 2nd time we stayed in this home because of its easy access to downtown but still had the rustic feel of being in cabin in the woods. Would highly recommend this home. 10 out of 10 for sure! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Beautiful property, inside and out.

The property felt isolated, even though it is t, because it is surrounded by wonderful woods. The inside has a rustic look with a modern feel. It was clean and well stocked with utensils and dishes. The grill worked perfectly and the fire pit area was our evening gathering Place. We never ran out of hot water either! We highly recommend this cabin/home.

Overall the property and house was FANTASTIC. Decor and little touches are perfect. Need to supply quite a few things that a lot of VRBO's typically supply, but if you follow the list it's easy to pack! Highly recommend. Owner was quick with responses when I had questions.

The home was perfect for us. One family of five were able to have the lower floor to themselves. Brought a few puzzles along - the island table was great for this. We also played corn hole and golf toss and the outside worked area worked well. Went to the Rick Wilco’s Magic Show and the Haunted Mansion.

A good time was had by all!

Stayed four wonderful nights at Whitetail Ridge to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. Our group was 8 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room -- it really is bigger than it appears in the photos! The open layout was perfect for being together. We had a blast shooting pool and hoops, playing board games at the huge table, cooking and snacking around the kitchen island, and making s'mores by the fire pit in back! Everything in the house was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipped with every cooking implement we needed (we only ate out a few times so we used the kitchen A LOT). The location was fantastic -- felt like we were out in the forest away from it all, yet it was only a short drive to downtown. We appreciated the privacy and tranquility after a wild day at the water park! The hosts provided lots of helpful info in advance and were easy to reach if we had questions or any problems during our stay. We had no issues at all, though, and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Great retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Dells

We stayed at this cabin with our three kids (6, 5, and 3) and their grandma for a long weekend. The house was absolutely perfect. It was spotless and very well equipped with anything we needed. There were a few things that weren’t stocked in the house but Sondra sent us a packing list so we were all set. The beds were among the most comfortable I’ve stayed in at a VRBO! The house was cozy but also spacious. It was great to have the kids in the bunk beds downstairs so the adults could enjoy the upstairs area. The fire pit was fantastic - it was a large area with a paved section and plenty of seating. There was a cute hike within walking distance of the house. My favorite thing was that there was nothing but woods out every window of the house. So even though we were close to the road, it felt serene. The sunny days were great but we also enjoyed the sound of the rain in the cabin roof and playing pool in the basement (which we never get to do!). We enjoyed a day of outdoor activities (hiking, duck boat, etc) and then picked up a day pass for the water park in our second day. The kids are already asking to go back. Thank you Sondra for being a great host!!
