Could not find the property and when i did I was not able to get in. The manager was not respondin

I did not stay because i cud not get into propery soon enough to prepare for my event and had to go get a hotel room. I want a full refund this was a terrible expierence. I still never heard back from manager about refund. What do I do to get this refund processed because i never even stepped into the room.
