10/10 Excellent

"Convenient location right on the main strip! You don’t have to drive more than 5-10 min anywhere. Both Noah’s ark and Mt Olympus were within a few minutes away. It was a trip that was only my girlfriend and I so I can’t speak about how it is for families but we had a great time. We had an employee help bring all our stuff to our room and give some tidbits about where ice is located & whatnot. They called our room about 15 min after checkin to ask if we needed anything right away which was considerate. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It was cool the whole stay which I loved- temp stayed around 66°. It’s nice to be able to snuggle with multiple blankets when it’s been in the mid to high 90°s. The shower is decent but the water pressure is strong enough that it bounces off the bottom and can splash out a decent amount onto the floor while getting in/out or testing the water temp. I also find it bizarre that they don’t have any garbage bags or can liners for the two garbage cans. We used some plastic bags that we had with. I felt that they could become gross very quickly & also be unpleasant for the employee to have to clean. They have a tap wall with beer, wine and a cocktail option in the game room. You get a wristband which you can scan and it tracks how many ounces you get of the Bev you choose. We got the mojito cocktail one which was 60¢ per ounce so really not a bad price. The wines were"

"The staff was very nice. We don’t like room service and they had no problems giving us new towels when we asked. I enjoyed the food they served for breakfast but the seating area is very small so just be aware. They offer snacks to buy in the lobby which is nice. The rooms have been upgraded and are nice, this is not a high end hotel so it is perfect for people that want to enjoy the Dells on a budget or an unexpected family function as my family lives in Lake Delton! Oh the bathrooms are small as well, I don’t understand when they upgrade their rooms they don’t upgrade the bathroom! I would stay here again if it was a last minute or short trip! I suggest this hotel and I am someone who usually stays at a resort."
