    This stylish apartment sleeps 3 adults and has everything you need for a wonderful stay:

    - Queen-size box-spring bed
    - Single bed
    - Smart TV with Netflix

    - Free public parking in the immediate vicinity
    - Super central location: The harbor and bus station are within a 10-minute walk

    This beautifully designed apartment has been completely redecorated and awaits you with high-quality amenities.

    You can start your day with delicious De’Longhi coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.

    To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, you’ll find a cozy queen-size double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), and hotel-quality bedding.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals.

    The bathroom features a spacious shower.

    Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials for daily life, such as coffee and tea.

    The apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible via a standard staircase, which is slightly steeper and narrower than usual. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

    You have the entire apartment to yourself. Make yourself right at home!

    We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You’ll also find a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and spices.

    Cleaning services during a longer stay can be booked for an additional fee.
    A late checkout is subject to availability and can also be booked for an additional fee.

    You’ll be staying right in the heart of Wismar:
    The train station and downtown can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
    The popular Wonnemar swimming pool is a 6-minute drive away.
    Shops and restaurants are right around the corner—it doesn’t get any more central than this.

    For guests arriving by car, there are numerous free public parking spaces available on the street and around the building. Parking is extremely convenient, ensuring a worry-free arrival.

Meine Freundin und ich, beide 75 Jahre, erhielten erst einen Tag vor Reiseantritt die Mitteilung, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist und für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet ist. Der Aufstieg über die schmale, steile Treppe war eine Zumutung. Im Bad fehlte jegliche Ablage, nichts konnte man abstellen, durch den mickrigen Standhandtuchhalter konnte man kaum aus der Dusche aussteigen, sehr unpraktisch und im TV konnten wir nur Netflix empfangen, nach Nachfrage war normales Fernsehen noch nicht möglich. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, aber da wir nicht gekocht haben, ging es. Im Doppelbettzimmer hätte ich mir einen Schrank gewünscht, ich musste aus dem Koffer leben, da ich meine Freundin im kleineren Zimmer nicht immer stören wollte, dort war eine Kommode und Hängevorrichtung. Sehr schade, die Wohnung war sonst sauber und frisch, wenn auch an der Strasse nachts etwas laut. Eine stylische Wohnung aber vieles sehr unpraktisch. Der Abstieg mit Koffern sehr beschwerlich. Diese Informationen gehören in die Beschreibung und ich fühlte mich doch sehr getäuscht.
