Cottage is located on a brand new private road with only 7 other cottages. Port Bay has some great fishing for northern pike, large mouth bass, and Lake Ontario has salmon, small mouth bass, brown trout and lake trout.

Homeowner is abusive and there is tons of broken glass in beach area, our dog cut her foot and all the homeowner cared about was how many linens we used and that the kitchen was not professionally cleaned at the end of our visit.

Spectacular view of the lake from the kitchen windows! Beds were comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room helped cool down the kitchen a bit also. The weather was in the 90s all week so we stayed inside a lot. About 10 minutes away was a Save A Lot, Dollar General and Dollar Tree. The kids used the canoe and enjoyed it. Access to the 4th bedroom is from a ceiling pull down ladder. The teenagers enjoyed having their own space up there. The attic room is bigger than it looks in the photos.If you like to fish, hike or go boating this is a great place!

Relaxing stay on the water

We had a wonderful time here as a family. We loved using the boats and having fires by the water. The place was spotless when we arrived and everything we needed. The only concern we had was that was one bedroom was upstairs in an attic so we didn’t feel safe with the 5 year and old and 2 year old sleeping up there with no gate. It was ok since wr brought an air mattress for them. Beautiful place I would love to go back again to relax by the lake :) just what we needed.

Great Cottage Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay on Port Bay! Very well stocked and clean cottage with everything you could need for your stay. Awesome fishing off of the nice, long dock. Life jackets were even provided for use of pedal boat, kayak and canoe. We even did some swimming! Great view of Port Bay and friendly neighbors.

Perfect lakeside retreat

Wow! This place has everything and more!! Beautiful lake views, dock, canoe, paddle boat, completely fully stocked kitchen and so much more!!! Dominick and his wife are the kind of hosts that do everything to make your stay as special as possible. They even placed fresh cut lilacs from their yard in a vase on the kitchen table. The beds were comfortable and the decorations were quintessential lakeside cottage to a fault. LOVED IT! All the comforters of home plus more!
