「Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. Will need kindling in the future. The view was beautiful! Mattresses were nice and we all slept well! Quiet because we went off season. Would definitely come back! Messages were answered quickly!」

「Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!」

「We had great communication with Dennis. Great location with convenient access to attractions on and around Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. Check-in was very simple. Nice, roomy dog walking area at rear of the property if traveling with a dog. Inside was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and nicely appointed. Downstairs half bath was a nice convenience. Mini splits kept each of the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in...

「Only a 15 minute drive from the hustle, bustle, and crowds of the festival and into Oswego is this quiet oasis with five bedrooms, two baths and a relaxing living room in which to kick back and enjoy a cold one out of the fridge (without any lines!). All the conveniences to fix your own vitals, or a short drive to fine dining (did anyone say Canali's?). Highly recommended - just park across the end of the driveway to avoid bottoming out your vehicle getting in and out. 」

「The cabin was nice, the beds were surprisingly comfy. The town is lovely. The location is close to everything. Within walking distance to a store with essentials, and don't miss out on the beach two blocks to the right of the cabin, an absolute gem. I will visit many more times solo or with family/friends I enjoyed my stay very much. 」
