“Overnight stay to be able to attend Ship Chic in Shipshewana. Needed a place with 4 bedrooms for 4 adult females. Emma’s place fit the bill. Great communication, adorable house. Only issue was garage next door had roofers starting at 7:30 am and property owner has no control over that. We’re hoping to travel up that way again and would love to have a repeat stay at Emma’s Place”

“Size of room beds were great! Had everything we needed & was very close to the facility we needed for sporting event. Service was good , housekeeping great. Breakfast was delicious & lots of homemade options. Size of fridge in the room bigger than normal dorm size . Bathroom was a little tight - door barely closed when on the toilet . Gym could use the addition of free weights. The size of the facility was nice & several hang out areas for our team to bond. Overall the stay was great!”

“Pros: The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our needs. We we were able to spend time together or spread out with the awesome entertainment building or the living area in the basement. The house has everything you would need and more. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Cons: the basement couch had a bad odor. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The house was very appropriate for a group of 13. We held a Young Adults winter retreat at the house. There were plenty of bathrooms and two living areas (main floor and basement) large enough for our entire group to meet together. Also a great location to go to Pokagon State Park to hike and ride the Toboggan.”
