Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. "Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
