「I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! 」

「The Roost was amazing. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Secure parking garage attached with easy access to the hotel. It is really an apartment with kitchen, full fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable, front desk service was excellent. Only complaint and I mean only nitpicky thing was the coffee maker we had was a bit beat up and made a mess. Highly recommend.」

「I thought the staff there were wonderful. The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. The breakfast/kick back staff were so friendly and attentive (also we love the kick back at the Drury's). 「Stayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good. 」
