“Stayed at this property twice now, meets our needs perfectly. Great location being downtown and walking distance to bars, restaurants and Marietta College. Property owner is very accessible and proactive with communications.”

“Great location, very comfortable bed, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi were strong and good. Very comfortable, quiet and great location next to the busy bee breakfast, the Harmer Tavern, and Spagna‘s Italian restaurant. Stairs were a little steep to climb and the bathroom was very very small, excellent water pressure in the shower and a nice big shower rain head. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Super easy to find, which I was not expecting. There was just a few minor things that caught me off guard. There were ants and lady bugs inside, but it’s winter and not that big of a deal. There was no top sheet on the bed and that seemed a bit unsanitary to me. There also was old makeup on a “clean” towel. I didn’t see the makeup until I was already using the towel, that grossed me out as well. Overall a great place for the price though ”

“I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place.”
