“We needed a place close to Ft. Riley for a quick weekend trip from Colorado. It was perfectly located for us. Kids LOVED the built in bunk beds. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Very clean and inviting room. Very pretty facility. The room, halls and entry were well maintained and updated. A couple of small issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close correctly and no mirror outside of the bathroom, but overall an A experience. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC, Microwave, mini fridge, everything worked! I didn't like the free breakfast hours, the towels are old and faded, the hair dryer didn't work and the room smelled bad. I think this hotel needs some TLC. Despite all this I appreciate this hotel as it's the only one in Herington, Kansas”

“ The awesome desk clerks, Dawn and Gabby, were funny and helpful. They helped find my rewards number. Our room was clean and large. The water temperature was interesting. It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot. ”

“Great trip much better than I expected. I had a comfortable night of sleep and the amenities (fridge microwave ac) were very nice. I was expecting something unpleasant because it’s exterior looked old fashioned and it was placed out on the edge of town but it delivered. ”

“The cleaning could be better , understanding they clean every two weeks but to come into a room an it smells or poorly cleaned not ok. Great for long stays it’s what you make of your room ”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”

“Room didn't have working locks. No ac. Staff wouldn't switch rooms, was told they'd switch it for us. Then waiting 30 mins in the lobby. Expedia ended up changing my reservation for me which was awesome ”
