"Bathroom door was all warped on the bottom and needed painting, there was lots of dust on various surfaces, including the top of the coffee machine, no refrigerator, use the coffee machine one morning and nothing was refilled for the next day, so disappointing for the amount of money"

"Carpet needs to be replaced. Hotel needs to be updated. Ironing board was dirty and iron did not work properly. Housekeeping didn’t come and we were out till 5 pm so had to skip and just got clean towels. We were told we had $10 credits daily but the cafe was closed or sold out most of the time so didn’t even use it. It was a joke. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. "

"The lobby is very nice looking, but the rooms do not get dusted, and bathrooms are in very poor condition. We booked two rooms, and my son’s blanket had a stain on it… wasn’t replaced after 3 requests. Phone at the reception area just doesn’t get picked up- not for internal nor external calls. Would not recommend a stay at this location. "

"The staff was welcoming. ~ The suite was very accommodating; the separate sleeping areas were spacious and comfortable. ~ We ate at the restaurant in the hotel ... not the best quality of food. In fact, it ranked the lowest during our 5-day trip to Philadelphia. Would not recommend."
