Overton Hotel and Conference Center
The staff seemed to be short to handle the occupancy. I was told that the property is being managed by a new company. I did notice the change but unfortunately not for the better. The noticeable area of opportunity was the staff.

Property & Room was dirty... Night stand, sink & bathtub wasn't wiped down/cleaned. Bathtub didn't drain. Carpet was not vacuumed & stained. I don't recommend this hotel...
