This rural and charming retreat will give you the perfect Northwoods getaway! With a view of Little Arbor Vitae Lake and a spot for your boat at the dock, you can easily spend the days on the water. During the winter, the snowmobile trails run right past the driveway. Come up north and relax - your next adventure is waiting for you!
Curl up in the inviting living area and watch TV or read a good book as one of your guests treats you to a delicious dinner prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. If you need a little more space, take a look at Roadside 1 and 2 to rent both halves of this duplex together.

You'll find many activities, including go-karting and miniature golf, minutes away. You can visit any of the neighboring towns and find fabulous restaurants and a variety of shopping options. If outdoor activities are your thing, you have nearby access to ATV/UTV and bike trails, and many lakes in addition to Little Arbor Vitae. Little Arbor Vitae Lake is a 480-acre lake with a maximum depth of 32 feet. Fish include musky, panfish, largemouth bass, and walleye. The lake's water clarity is low.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
