Dirty, old, elevators don’t work. 45 min to check in. Restaurant closed. Cold in lobby. Room heater didn’t work. Water didn’t get hot. No shower cap, no water in room. Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Excellent and quick check in. Had trouble with the tv and heater. Maintenance guy came right away to fix it. Spilled coffee on the bed and housekeeping came right away and changed the bed. Room was clean and comfy. Will stay here again. Excellent location.
