Family wedding

We had a wonderful time this property. The property was exactly as described. There was an issue with the WiFi when we arrived which was quickly rectified by the owners. The house was well equipped and had everything thing we needed to make our stay pleasant.The location is secluded but very easy to get to. Everyone in our family loved it.

Weekend Getaway

I have stayed at the cabin a few times before. It is one of my favorite places in Mountain Lakes. It has plenty of room for sleeping, has a good supply of pots/pans for cooking and convenient laundry.

Lovely Lincoln Cabin

If you want to enjoy a Beautiful Cabin in Lincoln this is such a lovely spot set in back in the Woods. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. We enjoyed watching the snow fall and spent the day at the Ice Castles. All in all loved the decor, charm and the fireplace added a nice touch having it snow keeping us all cozy! Thank you for a great weekend Barbara and Carl.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a great experience staying in this log house. It's beautiful inside with a very cozy and homy feel to it. The house has a lot of space, especially for small families/groups. The kitchen had everything one needs for cooking and entertaining. The living room is well stocked up with various board games and more.The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by woods, and yet, is close enough to everything (skiing, hiking, etc).Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

This Vrbo was the exact experience we were looking for! As you walk in, you are welcomed with traditional log cabin charm that included the fireplace, DVDs, a fully stocked corner of games and all of the kitchen gadgets a family could need to make a nice family dinner. There was plenty of space and bedding. My kids especially enjoyed going out for little hikes right in the back yard. Great location and under an hour from several great ski resorts We loved it!

Very relaxing weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s and Carl’s home. Their house was cozy, clean, and had all of the necessary amenities including spices! Our kids and us enjoyed the lake as well. The only minor remark is that we could not get the TV to work, but oh well, it’s nice to be unplugged once in a while!

Cozy comfy cabin with all the supplies

Enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Amazing location, great amenities, filled with all the supplies, easy check in and check out process. Our only concern was there was a leakage from second floor bathroom

Beautiful Home

The Lopes Lodge was everything we imagined and more! It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a funfilled vacation. It was our first time visiting the White Mountains and it did not disappoint. We were in driving distance to all of places we planned to visit (Cog Railway, Flume Gorge and Clark's Bears) but the kids equally enjoyed hanging by the lake and fishing. We hope to return again to do all of the things we couldn't fit in to a week vacation and hope to stay at Lopes Lodge again!

Great cabin for skiing

The cabin is clean, well appointed and had everything you need for up to 10 people to stay over. It's about 30-40 mins to Cannon or Loon for skiing. If you are looking for restaurants or nightlife it isn't close by. Very secluded and private. I'm sure the place is active in the summer with the lake right there and tons of hiking. Owners are nice!

A fantastic property! Very welcoming, clean, cozy and comfortable. Clear, concise directions given to get to the property. Lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Long weekend family gathering in vermont. Perfect location for us to stay. Convenient to everywhere. Loved the house. Had everything we need. Did bedding and towels for 5 beds in less than three hours. No problems.

Awesome Log Cabin!!!

The cabin was beyond expectations. It was isolated and aesthetically pleasing as well as very clean. The hosts were very good about getting back to us when we had to add another day and everything was as described. Access to Mountain Lakes recreation area was a plus, and my entire family had a blast there. (My kids asked if we can move to New Hampshire) Overall, this was a great rental and I would stay here again.

Family get away

The property was very nice. Secluded and very clean. Host was very good about getting back to us when we had questions. We brought all our own linens which I highly recommend unless you want to spend time doing laundry. House had a well stocked kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, plates, etc. Might want to consider adding a couple cookie sheets. Only issue we had was the jetted tub did not work. We advised owner and he is going to check into it. I would go here again.

Very nice place. Clean, new lots of parking, easy to find. Well furnished, comfortable. Only complaint is that the beds come unmade and I didn’t know that in advance. We got there late after a long day and then had to figure out where the sheets were and make the beds. Also the 2nd bed in one room was a trundle bed, I was under the impression it was a regular twin bed. I believe I asked if there were two beds in the room and was told yes. Not one was a pull out day bed. Lastly, we had to wash all of the bed linens or pay to have it done. I was not aware of that until I was preparing to leave. So that delayed my departure by a few hours. I’m sure it might have been spelled out somewhere but if so it was not clear enough for me to see earlier or before we got there. I found out reading closing instructions. We were 5 guys riding motorcycles gone all day and leaving early Sunday. I had to stay back and do all the laundry. Not a big deal but I wish I knew earlier. Other than that, it was as was a great place at a good price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also I would be glad to stay there again.

Great custom home

The cabin is very nice and the pictures online don’t do it justice. It’s down a dirt road that gets muddy in the rain but easy to find if you are looking for the street number. The kitchen is very well stocked, living room has lots of board games to play and the TV is easy to use. We didn’t use the fire pit but its accessible from the basement and there are chairs provided for outdoors. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom and bath with a shower, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bath, just really 1 shower downstairs at this time but plenty of hot water so it worked out well. The home is super cozy and the woodwork is stunning (custom furniture,etc). We went up there for a skiing holiday and the home is within an hour of Attitash, Black Mtn, Loon, Cannon and others. Lincoln and Franconia are nearby and very cool towns. Follow the rules that are clear You're not staying in a hotel. We disposed of the trash daily, and brought our own sheets and towels. Upon exiting we left a couple of food wrappers and tissues in the bathroom trash by accident and did not put some of the pillows back in the bedrooms where they belong and the housekeepers charged the owners 2 extra hours of work. Carl was understanding with the challenges when I explained them and we worked it out. Upon check out give yourself an extra hour to go through the home ensure it’s the way you found it (take pictures upon arrival and exit), or else an extra charge is possible. If you can do that, you will love it!
