Studio has separate exterior entry access from side of garage, with dedicate stairwell up to the secured second floor loft. It also comes with a kitchenette, a range, refrigerator, microwave, pantry. Full bath/Step in shower, closet with cubes for clothing storage and coat closet.Rest in a new Queen size bed/bedding sleeps 2. Mattress is hybrid memory foam sleeper.
HD Smart TV with WiFi from main house. Enjoy convenient access to all your favorite destinations while enjoying the quiet comfort of this beautiful property. Nearby kayaking, Snakehead Fishing, Sitka Deer.
