“I am so impressed by the service of tge staff. They are all super helpful. The place is nice though tge room is a bit small. What else can you expect with such reasonable price in the centre of London. We will definitely come back in our next stay.”

“佈置舒適, 設備齊全, 位置與地鐵站有大概7分鐘距離. 床舖很舒適, 很快就能入睡. 沖涼頭水壓有啲少, 會有忽冷忽熱的情況出現. 服務員態度熱情, 整體感覺良好 廚房設備齊全, 良好的煮食體驗 希望廚房能提供調味料, 方便客人煮食”

“The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them.”
