“We were welcomed so warmly by Sue, we enjoyed the Stratford Armouries museum on-site and we found the lodge very comfortable and luxurious (especially the excellent showers, amazingly comfy beds and well-kitted out kitchen). Beautiful green surroundings and we found the site very peaceful (we were there mid-week). Thank you. We will be returning!”

“Comfortable and clean! Couple of issues during my short break. No hot water in one lodge and fridge not working in 2nd lodge. Inconvenience as had to pack all stuff up from one lodge and move to another. Food items from fridge all binned as not working. Cost implication.”

“Lovely clean and well set out shepherds hut, ideally positioned for exploring the Cotswolds. Very close to GWR steam railway, Studley castle & Hailes abbey. The host is very friendly & helpful. Very peaceful weekend had by all.”

“Really enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodation and good facilities in the lodge (bathroom was really good). Grounds were great, lots of wild flowers, lodges were well spaced out, staff very helpful. Lodge was very clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should apart from a remote control to the lounge TV and the wall clock needing new batteries. The only negatives were a very creaky bed, the mattress was quite soft and is probably getting to the point where it will need replacing soon……
