To our valued Guests:
* No Smoking of ANY KIND in the house or ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY

* No large Parties or Events, as a consequence police will be called everyone will be out from the home. Small gatherings are permitted 8 and under.

* Check-in time is 3pm - 2am (fees apply after 9pm)

* No Extra/ Overnight Guests

* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)

* No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, etc

* No Pets

* No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors

* Parking only on Left side of Driveway only

* No loud noise or music past 9pm

* 11 am is LATEST Check out. **PLEASE NOTE: Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 min after 11 am.

*We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken*

- You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in.

- NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host.

- DON'T USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!! There are paper towels in the kitchen/ Make-up Remover in bathrooms

-We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip.
