The hotel was fine. Safe, clean. I wouldn’t call the breakfast “breakfast,“ really. It’s coffee and pre packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. Better than nothing but compared to other hotels that offer “breakfast,” it’s really more of a snack service. It’s fine, just not what I was expecting. Staff was good and the place was comfortable overall.

Very poor facility conditions with bad odor. Bathroom counter had some brown spills that were wiped off. The hallway and room smelled of old cigarettes and pot. The hallway was loud with music and loud commotion coming from the other rooms. We ended up leaving as soon as we got there and am in the process of requesting my money back. I’ve stayed at budget stays but never experienced anything like this. Had a feel of some special temporary housing, not for families and business people traveling through. The front staff was very friendly and didn’t take it personally when we left. I appreciated his overall attitude.

Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise!

We Appreciate the Comfortable Beds

We stayed for just one night after a long night of driving. I had to wait a while for someone to come to the front desk, but once I read that I could dial zero, the Assistant General Manager was there in a few minutes and she was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. Her customer service was great and she was very kind. Also, the bed was super comfortable.

Excellent staff made our stay!

We stayed here while taking care of my father in the hospital. The hotel is in need of updating but the manager Ryan, explained the situation to us. We completely understood why it was in need of repair. The staff was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Two shoutouts go to Stephanie and Ryan. They both went above and beyond.

Red flags went up as soon as we walked it. Elevator does opened up and the there was something spilled on the floor. The hallway smelled bad. Opened door to our room as were met with a fridge covered in rust. The floor was sticky, stains on the sheets, and soap scum in the tub. Did not stay. Received refund without questions. Only upside was the people at front counter. Very friendly.

One of the worse experiences ever. Flight was delayed so I called hotel to notify them I would arrive around 2am. They say no problem. I arrived and their computer marks me as a no show and now the desk person cannot assign a room to me because it’s now the next day. Clearly the hotels fault. After trying to override the system he gave up and just gave me a room. One would think after all this they would give a decent room, now I don’t expect anything great from Extended stay, but this was the most stripped room with paint coming off, holes in the drywall no amenities and definitely a smoking room. At this point, now almost 3 am, I was just happy to have a bed. Customer service needs to drastically improve.

The staff here are wonderful however the hotel is absolutely disgusting. The carpet was dirty and stained. The walls are filthy. The bed had hair everywhere and there were bugs in the room.
