“The suite we had was very comfortable and the bed was probably the best I have ever slept in, in a hotel. The view of the River Avon and the weir was beautiful.”

“Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.”

“Clean room, lovely outlook.”

“For a simple stay over this is an excellent pub with rooms, nothing fancy but very welcoming. all rooms basic but en suite and have all that is required for a simple stay. In the bar/restaurant the food is good and the beer is as well. Wi Fi available throughout but can be a little patchy in the bedrooms. Breakfast is cooked to order with good fresh ingredients and is first rate. I stay here frequently and will continue to do so.”

“Yes I wud stay again”

“Some road traffic noise but overall very good”

“ran by an elderly couple very well. full english breakfast was personly prepared and excellent.”

“The host was very helpful. She was very flexible in allowing us to pick up the keys early on the day of our check in. Despite there being a storm the weekend we stayed, the room was fantastic, lovely breakfast in the morning, and stunning views. If in the area, would definitely look to book again. Thanks.”

“Lovely family run hotel I was welcomed fright from the start and felt at home. Breakfast was very nice.”

“What an amazing hotel. Alex and Mark have thought of everything and are fabulous hosts. The bed was super comfy, the room spacious and well equipped with lots of little thoughtful details to enhance my stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, Mark does the best poached eggs! I can’t wait to go back.”

“A really lovely place and Gigi was just an amazing host. Super kind and helpful. If I was in the area again I would come straight back here, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere x”
