“Great lil' place. Everything you needed was there. Loved the local except.... The trains...there are alot of them.”

“The property was very clean , quiet, and easy to find. Highly recommend!”

“Clean, quiet, all the amenities you would need and guaranteed to get a good night sleep! So relaxing on the balcony and deck areas. It’s amazing!”

“The house was breathtaking and very clean. If I had a question Kelvin was very quick to respond. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back.”

“This was a great centrally located home in Billings!”

“This was a wonderful home for our large family to gather and enjoy a few hot summer days together! Plenty of space for everyone and lots of things to do. The game room was great for getting a break from the heat and sun and just having fun but there’s no question the big hit of our stay was the swimming pool. The location is perfect with a view of Elmo State Park and the lake right across the street, with shopping and conveniences within a few minutes drive. The appliances and kitchen space were……

“Great spot! So unique and we loved having coffee in the morning on the patio!”

“Small house. Great for a couple. Was able to rent for just one night so perfect timing for us and an overnight concert. Pet friendly so no added expense to board. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. Highly recommend!”

“The stairs to the loft are steep and ceiling a bit low at the top of the stairs. The shower head is also lower than normal. Great for kids and young adults, not so much for older people with knee issues or extra tall people. The gaming system mentioned in the ad for the home was not found, but over all we had a very good stay. Great communication with owner/manager.”

“Very quaint little house with a lot of character. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well taken care of.”

“Great house! Pets loved it!!!”

“It was a nice place to relax and enjoy some time alone”

“This is a beautiful, pet-friendly little cozy cottage in the heart of Billings. We would absolutely stay here again, and the host was especially kind and accommodating.”

“Very nice property! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Definitely a great find for a short stay in Billings.”

“Really nice little place. We used it for a guys golfing trip but I’d use it again for a trip with my family or two families. Upstairs and downstairs both have kitchen/bathroom etc. so it would be perfect for a multi family trip. The hot tub was nice and sauna was awesome. It has a great backyard. The home had all the amenities one could need when on a trip. The communication with the host was impeccable and he accommodated us when we arrived in town a little before the posted check in. I would……

“We would definitely stay here again. The King bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have found in a rental. The only inconvenience was that it was on the ground floor with an attached half bath and the shower was upstairs on the main floor. We were glad we didn’t need to use the upstairs bed, it seemed very firm. We liked the location and the space was airy and bright from the many windows. Note that the main parking and garage are off Grand Ave. Our Apple Maps took us to the alley and we……

“Cozy, charming property with great access to downtown and the interstate. We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 grown teenagers. We loved the hot tub. Checkin was effortless and when we had wasps suddenly building nests outside the front door, our host took care of it quickly. We extended our stay an extra night which was easy too. Some of our favourite sites: - Moss Mansion (this blew our expectations!) So cool. - Four Dances trail/cliff edge at sunset - Montana Brewing Co. - Gypsy Wind……

“We accidentally left something valuable to us, and the host was nice enough to make sure it was returned to us. ”
