"It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay . "Overall satisfactory. Some rooms do not have an external window. We were shifted to a beautiful room on our second day. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The common areas get cleaned regularly which is great. Maybe some good books can be added. "
