"Great location, but Brighton Fringe festival was on in the park just opposite the flat, so quiet noisy in the evenings, but very Central location,so to be expected some noise. Wonderful space simple compact, but very well appointed. Really good stay. Will come back again please "

"Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided "

"A lovely flat in a great location. The only thing that let it down was the communal hallway, which was very dirty and had a lot of rotting rubbish left at the bottom of the stairs. It was very smelly, with flies buzzing about and this took the edge off the stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would stay again if the communal area was sorted. "
