Very affordable

There's a lovely view for such a small but servicable unit. Unfortunately, the only place to eat inside was on an uncomfortable stool at the kitchen counter and the furnace was noisy when it came on during the cool nights we were there. It's a great place for sleeping, a shower (but needs floor mat), and to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

Innsbrook is a beautiful place. The view of the sunrise was amazing.This particular condo was ok. The floor was dusty, there was a towel that had been left by a previous occupant and there was a bag of trash in the parking lot in front of the condo.

Innsbruck Staycation

It was a very comfortable condo on the lower level with a view of the lake. They had coffee samples, and everything that goes in it in a little basket next to the coffee pot. There were hand soaps in kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was very relaxing to say the least.

toiletm handle kept fallinf off.The shower/bathtumwaterfaucet was very hard to pull to get water. The grillfor bbq was seventy feet away and the grii was about thirty feet from that one. when I went to look at the grills the inside grill for cooking was loaded with ants.On the grill that you put your meat on and inside the cover. Ihad togo out to by a grill so i could cook my food.

Overall impression was very good - unit was as depicted on VRBO, well kept and well furnished. One problem with AC (battery in thermostat) was recognized by renter BEFORE we checked in and resolved immediately after we checked in without our need to call. Our only issue was the smoky smell of the unit. Clearly, we did not look to see if it was a non-smoking unit when we rented and would caution renters that it reeked of nicotine. Perhaps as a former smoker, my nose may be more sensitive than most renters. Overall A-
