The beautiful and comfortable apartment is located at 142B Kosciuszko Street in Wroclaw in the Nowa Papiernia investment. It was created from the 19th-century Paper Factory, which was previously located there. Nowa Papiernia is a protected and monitored housing development, with a large green patio. The courtyard has a small playground for children and places for bicycles. Wroclaw Główny train station is just a 13-minute walk away! There is a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants in the area. The location allows you to walk to the city center and the main attractions of Wroclaw, but to save time, you can use public transportation - the streetcar stop is only 170 meters from the accommodation, or less than 4 minutes. Nearby are the Old Town Park (1.4 km), the Ethnographic Museum (550 m), Hydropolis (1 km) and the Renoma shopping center (1.3 km).
