The room was basic but spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Bar staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast so unable.to comment on that. Location was good, not far to walk into the centre and quiet. Some nice bars in the railway arches 2-3 minutes walk away.

Beautifully maintained, modern property with an excellent location near the Town Square at one end and the trams at the other. The castle was a short walk away. We took breakfast at a couple of coffee shops down a street opposite. It would be helpful to remind guests nearer the time how to access reception, as the main door is locked and reception is on the second floor. A small microwave would be helpful as there is no oven to warm food.

Big room with a nice and clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel Ibis is located within walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend staying in this Ibis hotel.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo. I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!

Good choice for a hotel in Wrocław

Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

The staff amazing and hotel location, great! There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel with many routes to the city's points of interest—and seniors (65+) should remember that public transport (tram and bus) is free! Breakfast excellent and price average.
