This was a great place to stay. It was close to the rynek and the tram and bus stops. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. I especially liked the decor in the room. I will stay their again when I come back to Wrocław.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel. Great service from the staff, the location in the heart of the city and free parking in their yard (silver member) Got a huge room, very clean. We live in the city back home in Copenhagen and has a busy road just outside as well, and I wouldn’t call the windows in this room soundproof, you could hear EVERYTHING very clearly, but it was for only one night, so we survived:) but be aware of this when you book. Breakfast was small but had everything you needed.

The staff was very helpful from check in to check out. Hotel is updated but has the old school charm. Very close to Wroclaw Old Town but not in the middle. I truly enjoyed my stay!!!

Great hotel, very good location. Didn't give them an excellent review since it would be nice to have cups in the shower room to use when washing teeth, more hangers in the shower and a place to put your stuff in the shower itself (sponge, personal soap....)

Clean and central hotel

I had a very good stay here. I had a deluxe single room and was happy to find the bed wasn't a single bed but a small double. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and spacious. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the main square and restaurants immediately around. Breakfast was good too. I would certainly stay here again next time I visit.

The room is lovely and quiet and the price is affordable. The staff who did the registration was kind & polite, but he seemed to be not aware of the hotel welcome offer mentioned in the hotel email. So, a better communication between the hotel administration and frontline staff may be needed. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The SleepWalker Boutique Suites is terrible. Should list on their site as "High Noisy Traffic 24 hours a day" It does NOT have air conditioning, and room was very hot! But main problem was loud road traffic keep us awake, fell like we were sleeping on a street! We didn't get any rest through the night. I went to complain to the receptionist in the morning, asked for manager, but there was no manager on duty and told that they will notify manager about the issue. Two hours later we were checking out and I asked again about the noise issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible service, I demand full refund for our booking!

A good find

This is a somewhat old fashioned hotel with large comfortable rooms. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was good, with options (eg omlette) made fresh. The staff were patient with our questions. We found it a little tricky to locate via public transport from the railway station, but it was worth it and the staff helped us after that.

I stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for my family. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the Rynek and the area is walkable.
