“Hotel is an old one and is RIGHT next to a highway on ramp. All night long we could hear vehicles revving up as they went up the ramp. Aren’t there noise reducing windows that can be installed? AC did not keep the room cool all night even though we set it at 64. Mildew on the wall next to the shower, bathroom had no vent and very poor lighting. Obviously there had been a repair where the above toilet shelf was because it still had the putty visible and had not been painted. We started referring……

So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back ”

“It is too dirty. A lot dust in the top of the toilet. No small towels for us. even have spider web in the cover of the toilet. Crazy. ”

“#1. Staff were friendly. #2. Parking is a pothole disaster. It needs repaving. #3. Hotel is old and musty. #4 weed smoke permeated the 2nd floor corridor. Only positives were staff was friendly and room was clean relative to the rest of the hotel. It's price reflects the quality”

“The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. ”
