"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"On arrival the reception staff were excellent and this continued throughout our stay. Our room was clean and had the desired facilities. The bed was comfortable. The leisure/health centre was excellent and the pool warm. During our stay the jacuzi was out of order, but I feel sure it would be in service again soon. The evening meal was very good as was the service. Breakfast let it down a bit with some of the items overcooked and the bacon a bit fatty. Overall a great stay and would go again."
