The property is huge but looked aged at certain areas. Only 2 restaurants which did not have great menus. Gym was spacious but staffs failed to keep equipment cleaned. It is a resort style hotel with nice lake views and gardens for walking. I stayed over a weekend when the hotel was filled with local family patrons ... hotel did not have sufficient staffs to deal with the crowded chaos.

Good hotel, might book again

Hotel was magnificent, but the rooms were really spread out and it takes a long while to walk to the assigned room. Breakfast buffet was also really expensive with little variety.

Not worth the price. The amenites and rooms are kind of old. I stayed over the weekend and it was full of screaming kids. Breakfast dining was chaotic and lack of management. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway

飯店本身非常舒適，漂亮新穎環境很安靜，房間舒適寬敞睡床也很舒服，往外看綠色一片都是樹跟草非常心曠神怡，中餐廳的餐飲也很好吃。硬體很棒但人員感覺需要加強，check in跟check out都等了一下但明明旁邊有沒事做的櫃台人員，櫃台人員講話非常制式化完全沒微笑跟服務感覺就是公事公辦，這點作為五星級飯店比較可惜了點，還有房間電話壞了跟吹風機有問題，反應之後有處理但壞的東西也太多了吧...

总体还是很开心的 服务人员态度很亲切，周边风景也不错 床也很舒服，很好睡觉。就是结账的时候忘记算钱 回家了服务人员打电话让我微信转给她，让我有点差异。走的时候再三确认了，还是出了问题。个人觉得培训方面和岗上监督环节还可以再提升一些。从客户满意度上考虑，也是可以更人性化一些。例如，抹零或者给个代金券什么的，对酒店失职给客人带来不必要的麻烦表示歉意，虽然酒店硬性条件不错，也不要疏忽了软件建设，希望以后不要出这种问题了。

This hotel is appropriate for company meetings and holidays for Chinese families--Chinese, because if you have a choice of regions and countries, there's no reason to go to Wuhan. The hotel is a 30-minute cab ride from the nearest subway and an hour from the airport and Wuhan downtown. Facilities are nice but in poor repair. Good food.
