The hotel owner took care of everything and also helped us build an itinerary. This was crucial as the ones you find online are very confusing. And because she actually hikes in the park frequently, she can customize it to your needs and the weather. The views you get from the hotel is also exceptional.”

“We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens.”

“This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!”

“I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……
