"The flat was very nice and comfortable. When we arrived it was decorated with love - even with a personal letter and a bottle of wine. The communication was very fast and good, even though there was a little misunderstanding in the beginning, we could arrange perfectly fine. I can definitely recommend to stay in this flat in the very center of Wuppertal, just two steps from the central station. "

"Soweit war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, auch wenn wir uns erstmal an die Licht-Kopplung von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (mit dem großen Bett) gewöhnen mussten. Das einzige, was wir schade fanden war, dass das Geschirr, welches wir vorgefunden haben, teilweise nicht sauber gewesen ist. "We loved the location, as it was several blocks from both the train and monorail. There was exceptional communication from Linor. The listing wasn’t clear that there were three separate apartments, each had one bedroom. The middle and third apartment struggled to get hot water, and was the smallest. "We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, the room does not have a fridge , does not have hot water kettle !! Pillows are extremely cheap quality. The sound proof is ZERO .. you can hear people walking and speaking very clearly finally the breakfast was extremely basic .. not worth the money , you can not order basic omelet .. I recommend to stay away and book at Holiday Inn Holiday hotel which is Next door to it."

"Room was a reasonable size, staff were friendly, location and price were good. I would have preferred the option to make a cup of tea on my room. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay, ( not the hotels fault). Having the facilities to make a hot drink in my room would have been most welcome. The need to get dressed to go to the lobby to purchase a drink whilst unwell was not an ideal situation. "
