"Great customer service from check in to housekeeping to Dawn assisting with Brekfast. The rooms are clean and cute The indoor pools is very nice You have an amazing Bass Pro Shop, Aquarium, BassOutlet the people who work here are so friendly and helpful! All around this Lodge was with the money and stay Our service dog loved the dog park in the back! He even got a couple treats! We need one in CA"

"Pleasantly surprised at the nice and stylish lobby and decor, more than I expected for a modestly priced hotel. Staff was helpful and dog friendly -- nice since we brought pets. Room was small but cozy."

"We stayed here over Christmas and had a great stay overall. The home was clean, easy to find, and in a convenient location. Our young adult kids loved the pool table and dart board, and the dogs enjoyed the backyard. The host was very responsive and helpful.The only downside was the Christmas décor. Although I had asked ahead and was told there would be a small tree, the decorations were very minimal and didn’t really make the home feel festive for the holiday. Other than that, we enjoyed our family time and the home met our needs."

"Hidden Falls was absolutely perfect for our group. There were so many oppurtunitites and spaces to relax and make memories all in the beautiful private woods above the gorgeous lake. Thr kitchen was very well stocked as was the entire property. Everyone enjoyed the pool and gym with the variety of activities and disco lights! Sara was a very attentive host that checked in daily, would highly reccomend this property to anyone! "
