Dirty, stained towels, room and hallway smelled musty. The advertised included breakfast literally consisted of bananas, packaged little debbie cake, and stale cereal.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was grimy. Close to highway and places to eat. Pool was closed. Breakfast offered was dry cereal, oatmeal packets, cereal bars and individual hostess brand coffee cakes, bananas, coffee and juice. There was no milk for cereal and no one available to ask for some. There was a toaster, but no bread.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, bathroom seemed clean and shower worked fine. The "breakfast" was ridiculous - a tiny 12 pot carafe of coffee that was empty, a few cereal towers, sad little wrapped muffins and bowls of granola bars. Thankfully there are a good amount of restaurants nearby that filled the gaps. I would stay again, but don't have high expectations of the amenities.

Dirty rooms. Ac didne work. We booked and paid for Queen beds but stuck our family in a room with double beds in a very hot room. Asked to be moved to another room n wax told there is no other room. Requested again and tried to put us in a room that had vomit all over the floor. I'd attach a picture if I could. They said they would compensate for some if this but it would only be 10 dollars. Ain't worth my time. Please avoid this dirty place.

Property was not as described, pool was npt open and hasnt been open in some time. Breakfast was not as pictured or described, just cereal, and prepackaged muffins. Coffee was old and cold. Rooms were minimal clean with the smell of the previous guests. Beds were to be expected but were bug free. Tv kept loosing signal. Building is in need of an update and surrounding area is minimal with nothing to really offer the eyes.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were ok. plan on getting breakfast somewhere else, the pool was closed. had not been open yet this year, and I was told it was still too cold to open in June.

If you are diabetic, do not stay here for the breakfast. I took my insulin then went to eat, and there were large warming dishes, but empty and turned off. Front desk said “It’s just a continental breakfast,” which consisted of—not joking—3 kinds of cold cereal, a bowl of bananas, Quaker oatmeal and cheap muffins. That is all, nothing but sugar and starch. We had to hurry and leave to get me some protein before my sugar bottomed out. Bed was comfortable and place was clean but had 70’s decor with peeling walls.

old hotel, rooms weren’t clean, tubs were stained, noise from surrounding rooms sounding like the people were in your room. Breakfast very limited, pool closed when says on website it’s open in May. Mountain view from parking lot / road was very nice.

There was trash outside the exit door for 3 days. They chose not to serve breakfast due to remodeling in 2 months. Took 3 days to get sheets changed after ask8ng 3 diffetent employees.

The hotel room was not in good shape. If the bed had not been clean we would have checked right back out. The curtains looked like a worn out pair of panty hose. There was something stained down the wall and the bottom of the bed was just hanging.

The staff was amazing and never did bother me too much but just enough and i was there for almost 2 weeks, the hotel was EXTRAORDINARILY clean AND quite , i stayed in 3 different rooms on both sides of the botel and never once experienced any bugs or bug bites! Sheets, blankets pillows and even the matresses" themselvs were stain and spot free!! The only thing i can say thats slightly negative aboht the place or the stay is breakfast absolutely sucked!! If their was pancakes and waffles then their was nothing else but cereal. If their was oatmeal abd yogurt and toast of course always cereal as well then their was no waffles or pancakes . They appeared to have the equipment for a hot true real continental breakfast but never had one and honestly i i want to say it was primarily becaue the morning staff was lazy ..other than that this sta was amazing, comfortable and would 100% recommend Deluxe Inn for your stay if youre going to Wytheville virgjnia!
