“Property was new and room was clean and quiet. Rooftop pool was also nice. Staff was attentive and extremely helpful in calling for transportation, ordering food, giving directions and suggestions, especially Jun, the bell person. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. ”

“Our original hotel booking canceled on us due to broken A/C. This was as we had just landed after a grueling 20+ hour flight to HCMC. Scrambling to find a place at 1am, we found The Concept Hotel and it was a haven of peace and gratitude. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we wanted to stay longer but they were booked solid for the weekend. We were SO glad to have found this place!”

“非常適合團體住宿，飯店的設備齊全，有客廳廚房洗衣間，廚房竟然有洗碗精、餐具和電鍋，房間的浴室和門，雖然有點歲月的痕跡，但維護的很好，公共設施也很齊全，可以整天都待在飯店都不會無聊。
地點的部分，雖然不是在最熱鬧的第一郡，但第三郡比較偏文教區域，也比較安靜，搭Grab到第一郡也很便宜。飯店後面那條街有大型超市，裡面賣的東西既道地，又比觀光客去的市場便宜許多。
另外服務人員態度也非常好，尤其Loc Tri 和Long，幫了我們非常多忙，非常感謝！
總之，是很好的飯店體驗。”
