Pues hubo un contratiempo porque fui claro que hiba a pagar con tarjeta y llegué y me dijeron que no tenían sistema que solo efectivo y que sino buscara mejor otro hotel así literal !! A final de cuentas se arregló pero fue desagradable. Su estacionamiento muy lejos !! No regresaría a este hotel buscaría otra opción .

Gracias a la señora E. y a la señorita

Es un hotel económico, no lujoso pero cálido. Las personas que atienden muy atentas, respetuosas y serviciales. El desayuno muy buen sabor. Para quienes les guste lo lujoso, les guste gastar mucho dinero, les guste la apariencia, no vayan ahí. Quienes quieran descansar, y estar tranquilos en un lugar sencillo, es muy buena opción.

En general bien, el precio es adecuado al lugar, lo único que advertí en limpieza es que a la cama y almohadas les faltó mejor aseo, había cabellos en las sábanas. Y la cama algo dura.

La atención por parte del personal es buena,pero el hotel se encuentra algo descuidado,el estacionamiento está retirado del hotel aprox a 2 o 3 cuadras del hotel,y es algo incómodo tener que ir a dejar el vehículo y luego regresar caminando al hotel,los colchones están incómodos para dormir "son duros ",.La atención por parte del personal del hotel es muy buena.La ubicación del hotel es buena,se encuentra a 2 cuadras del centro de Coatepec.,Deberían de modernizar el hotel,invertir en pantallas,las que tienen son de 21 pulgadas sin smart TV,solo proyectan canales de televisión abierta sin servicio de canales de cable.

Todo muy limpio, el personal muy amante; lo que no me gustó que dice en la oferta la cama es queen y era tamaño matrimonial y también que había servicio de Netflix o para hacer stream sin embargo solo tenía la tv la señal local

Todo muy bien.

El hotel está bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del centro de Coatepec. El cuarto es sencillo, solo para llegar a dormir mientras se explora el pueblo.
