"Little to no hot water in the shower"

"Everything about this property is exactly as the owner describes it. It is a stunningly beautiful location on the canal with the ocean in the backdrop. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the large balcony. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including many items to at least get started upon arrival, i.e. coffee, teas, filters, condiments, etc. It is the most equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in for both living and enjoying the outdoors. Communication with the owner was first rate. She was always very prompt with returning calls/messages and was quick to provide solutions or suggestions. Would most definitely rent this unit from this owner again."

"The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore."

"This was a beautiful home to stay in and get ready for my wedding. It is very spacious and cozy. The host was also very responsive when we had minor issues connecting to the wifi. I would definitely book again."

"Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our luggage. So we had to go to the airport to get our luggage, then find somewhere else on the spot. Wound up at a decrepit hotel where the power went out twice and everything smelled mouldy. Also everything was damp, so didn’t get a decent night’s sleep while we were there. At least it wasn’t CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS (but probably should have been)."

"Roman was the best host we have experienced. He was always available abd was very helpful in arranging cleaning, car rental and answering questions. The house was clean and spacious. The beach close and amazing."
